Waste Pro is seeking a Heavy Diesel Technician Recruiter to connect skilled diesel mechanics with long-term careers and growth opportunities within our maintenance teams. As the face of Waste Pro in the trucking and technician community, you will build relationships with trade schools, attend industry events, and leverage social media to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Two years of recruiting experience with emphasis on sourcing heavy vehicle diesel mechanics, fleet technicians, or industrial maintenance professionals.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA hiring requirements and shop safety guidelines is a plus.
• Experience using ATS and job boards to build a strong candidate pipeline.
