In this role, you'll manage all aspects of project execution on-site — from safety, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination to team leadership and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise crews and subcontractors on heavy civil projects

Ensure safety compliance and conduct weekly safety meetings

Interpret plans and oversee day-to-day operations

Track production, maintain records, and submit timecards

Coordinate resources and manage project timelines

Support and mentor field staff

Requirements:
