Sargent, an employee-owned heavy civil contractor, is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on infrastructure projects across the Piedmont-Triad. In this role, you'll manage all aspects of project execution on-site — from safety, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination to team leadership and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise crews and subcontractors on heavy civil projects
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct weekly safety meetings
• Interpret plans and oversee day-to-day operations
• Track production, maintain records, and submit timecards
• Coordinate resources and manage project timelines
