Job summary

Miller Bros. Const., Inc. is seeking a Project Manager 1 - Public Roadway in Ohio to help drive project success from bid to completion.

You will work under the Group Manager, coordinate with superintendents, and prepare bids and cost estimates using HCSS while ensuring safety and client satisfaction. The PM1 will review scopes, schedules, budgets and specs, manage resources, and maintain contract documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering or similar field.
• Minimum 2 years of project management or estimation experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy construction.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move safely over uneven terrain.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the success and profitability of a project from bidding through completion.
• Communicate with the Group Manager on bid challenges, cost impacts and risk.
• Prepare bids and estimated costs using HCSS.
• Maintain safety standards and positive relationships with clients and crews.
• Manage contract documents from award to close-out and review cost reports.
• Ensure projects comply with OSHA, MSHA, and safety programs.
