LVI Associates is seeking a Project Manager for heavy civil and roadway construction in the Richmond area. This is a fully remote position with occasional local jobsite visits to ensure quality and coordination.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement, coordinate with superintendents, inspectors, and owners, and ensure compliance with plans and VDOT requirements. 3+ years of PM experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of project management experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience with VDOT, roadway improvements, or public works projects.
• Ability to read and interpret civil plans and specifications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

A well-established heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee roadway and public infrastructure projects throughout the Richmond area. This is a fully remote position, with local jobsite visits as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement
• Coordinate with Superintendents, field teams, inspectors, and owners
• Track costs, change orders, and overall project performance
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and VDOT requirements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in heavy civil construction
• Experience with VDOT, roadway improvements, or public works projects
• Sidewalk and streetscape improvement experience is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret civil plans and specifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
