Jobot in Arizona is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead heavy civil infrastructure projects. You will plan, coordinate, and execute work, monitor schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance while interfacing with clients and project teams.

The role requires 5+ years in construction PM/field operations, knowledge of wet utilities, and experience with ViewPoint, Primavera, MS Project, or HCSS. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management or field operations
• Knowledge of heavy civil construction (wet utilities, roadway, water/wastewater preferred)
• Design Build / Alt. Delivery experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software and basic cost tracking (ViewPoint or similar Project Management Software, Primavera/MS Project Scheduling, and HCSS Heavybid are a plus.)

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the planning, coordination, and execution of heavy civil infrastructure projects
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance
• Process RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Coordinate with field teams to support construction activities, quality control, and safety compliance
• Maintain communication with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders
