Jobot in Phoenix seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead heavy civil projects from planning to execution. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in heavy civil construction project management.
• Experience managing Mass Excavation, Underground Utilities, Drainage, Geotechnical Construction, Paving, bridges and structures.
• Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure, codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent project management, multitasking, and deadline adherence.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• PM certification adds value.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project management from planning to execution.
• Manage heavy civil construction projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors and stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports and updates for senior management and clients.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues affecting timelines or budgets.
• Lead and motivate project teams to high performance.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, quality standards, and safety regs.
