Job summary

Bolton & Menk, Inc. is seeking a Civil Project Manager, PE to join our Municipal team in Fargo, Bismarck, or Grand Forks. With 75+ years of experience, Bolton & Menk provides community infrastructure solutions across the Midwest and beyond.

You will plan, develop, and complete civil projects, ensuring client satisfaction and budget control, with a hybrid focus on municipal and transportation work in Central/Eastern North Dakota and Northwestern Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
• Licensed Professional Engineer
• 10+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with municipal infrastructure
• Experience with client relationship management and business development
• Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration
• Experience with municipal business development and building strong client relationships
• Experience conducting community meetings and communication
• Previous supervisory experience
