Job summary

Solid Rock Recruiting LLC is seeking a seasoned Heavy Civil Project Manager to join our Fargo, ND team. You will lead complex infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and owners to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in heavy civil PM, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with CM software like HCSS HeavyBid/HeavyJob or AGTEK.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience with earthwork, utilities, site development, concrete, roadways or related infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as HCSS HeavyBid/HeavyJob/AGTEK.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Heavy Civil Project Manager – Fargo, ND

An established and highly respected heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team in the Fargo, ND market. Key Responsibilities

• Manage heavy civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience within heavy civil construction
• Experience managing projects involving earthwork, underground utilities, site development, concrete, roadway, or related infrastructure work
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and contract administration
• Proficiency with construction management software; experience with HCSS HeavyBid, HeavyJob, AGTEK, or similar platforms is a plus
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
