Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to lead field staff across heavy civil construction, including structures, concrete, paving, earthwork, and utilities. You will ensure quality, safety, and on-time, on-budget delivery on complex projects.

Requirements include a BA/BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 5–7+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager with general contracting on sitework and heavy civil projects.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
• Min. 5-7+ yrs. as a Construction Project Manager w/ General Contracting experience on Sitework and Heavy Civil projects a MUST!
• Knowledgeable of all project scopes even if one area is stronger than another

Responsibilities

• Lead field staff in construction of the entire project, managing all scopes (Structures, concrete, paving, earthwork, sewer/water).
• Provide leadership to project staff and ensure quality, timely and on-budget completion of projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure safety and regulatory compliance

The Estimator/Project Manager will lead field staff in construction of the entire project, managing all scopes (Structures, concrete, paving, earthwork, sewer/water), providing leadership to project staff and ensuring quality and timely and on budget completion of projects.

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year.
