• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities to support schedules and budgets.
• Review and implement temporary works with emphasis on safety.
• Inspect work, equipment, and materials; coordinate corrective actions.
• Provide on-site direction and technical support to foremen, crews, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily reports, quantities, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, plans, and specs.
