Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is required or preferred for internship.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is expected; Primavera P6 knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with daily project operations.
• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Track project progress, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Support quality control and safety compliance on job sites.
• Assist in cost tracking, budgeting, and schedule updates.
• Participate in problem‑solving and provide technical support during construction activities.
