Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 1+ year of experience in project/field engineering in heavy civil or highway construction.
• Understanding of construction methods, equipment, and materials.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and job-site safety practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities to support schedules and budgets.
• Design, review, and implement temporary works with emphasis on safety.
• Inspect installed work and coordinate corrective actions.
• Provide on-site direction to foremen, crews, and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress and prepare daily reports and documentation.
• Perform quality control inspections per contract documents.
• Verify materials and workmanship meet project requirements and submittals.
• Enforce PPE and safety policies on the job site.
• Support cost tracking and stakeholder coordination.
• Communicate between field, management, owners, and inspectors.
