Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project controls, cost engineering, or scheduling within heavy civil, highway, bridge, or infrastructure construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update integrated project control systems, including project data control matrices and earned value management (EVM).
• Collect, verify, and report project data from field teams, subcontractors, and accounting systems to ensure accurate status reporting.
• Prepare regular project control reports, dashboards, and controls analyses for project managers and senior leadership, highlighting risks and performance trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards (e.g., INDOT, TXDOT).
• Collaborate with project managers, cost accountants, schedulers, estimators, and field personnel to align controls with project goals and promote continuous improvement in control processes.
• Participate in project reviews and lessons learned sessions to strengthen overall project delivery.
