Job summary

Ferrovial's Webber division is seeking a Foreman / Crew Supervisor to lead heavy civil and carpentry projects on-site. You will plan, supervise, and coordinate crews to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets in a fast-paced environment.

Requires 5 years of relevant supervision experience, a valid driver's license, and strong organizational skills. This on-site role is based in Melbourne, FL, with OT as needed and a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 5 years' experience as a Foreman / Crew Supervisor within related industry and carpentry projects.
• Valid driver's license required and a good driving record to drive company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise construction tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain safe jobsite and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors and crew to align on status and responsibilities.
• Uphold quality standards and drive continuous improvement on site.
• Backfill for the Superintendent and work overtime as needed.
