Job summary

Ferrovial is seeking a skilled Foreman / Crew Supervisor to lead construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will supervise subcontractors and crews under the Project Manager, coordinating field operations and maintaining site discipline.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of foreman experience in heavy civil or carpentry, holds a valid driver's license, and demonstrates strong teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years as Foreman or Crew Supervisor in related industry.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
• Supervise crew and subcontractors to meet project milestones.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and field staff to plan daily work.
• Ensure quality inspections and compliance with company policies.
