Job summary

Candidates will assist foremen, help with traffic control as needed, operate air and electric tools, and maintain a clean, organized job site under varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• OSHA safety protocol familiarity
• Must have reliable transportation
• Construction industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor in heavy/highway construction projects.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized job site; properly store materials and secure tools.
• Assist Foremen and Supervisors as needed on site; support with traffic control and flagging operations.
• Operate air tools and electric tools (e.g., jack hammers, chipping hammers) as required.
• Load/unload trucks and deliveries; assist with material handling and storage.
• Work long hours standing, bending, and lifting under outdoor conditions.
