Job summary

Superior Construction Co is seeking a Laborer for its heavy civil and highway construction projects in field environments. You will perform strenuous manual labor, assist with site safety, and help with materials handling on active job sites.

Candidates should be able to work long hours, including weekends, and maintain a clean, organized site while following OSHA safety protocols and wearing appropriate safety gear.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to OSHA safety protocol and work in a drug‑free environment.
• Must be reliable and have reliable transportation.
• Preferred construction industry experience and ability to own assigned projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform strenuous manual labor on heavy/highway projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and store materials/tools.
• Assist with traffic control and flagging as needed.
• Load/unload trucks and deliveries.
• Work long hours and weekends, approximately 50 hours per week.
