Superior Construction is seeking skilled laborers for field-based work on heavy civil, roadway, and bridge projects in Florida. The role involves physical labor, site maintenance, and assisting Foremen on demanding construction sites under varied weather conditions.

Applicants should be able to work long hours, be reliable with transportation, and comply with OSHA safety policies. No supervisory responsibilities are involved, and the work may include traffic control tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to OSHA safety protocol and work in a drug-free environment.
• Must be reliable/have reliable transportation.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid state driver’s license prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor in heavy/highway construction projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site; store materials, pick up debris, and secure tools.
• Assist with road widening, highway, road/street or bridge build and rehabilitation projects.
• Support Foremen and Supervisors as needed.
• May assist with traffic control and/or flagging operations.
• Secure and store tools, equipment, and materials at end of day.
