Branch, a Civil Division, is seeking a General Laborer to support heavy highway construction projects. The role involves manual labor, site preparation, tool handling, and following supervisor instructions. You will work on-site with a team to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

The position is full-time, typically 40+ hours per week, with physical demands including lifting up to 100 pounds and working in outdoor conditions. Prior experience is not required but a strong work ethic helps.

Responsabilités

• Unload tools and prepare materials for the worksite.
• Follow project instructions from the supervisor.
• Direct traffic around the site safely.
• Operate construction tools to complete daily tasks.
• Follow health and safety procedures and report violations.
• Use tools such as pressure washers, jackhammers, drills, and grinders.
• Load and unload supplies from trucks.
• Prepare new sites by digging, moving dirt, and exposing utilities.
• Clean debris and hazardous materials.
• Ensure tools and equipment are cleaned and stored properly.
