Job summary

Rummel Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Construction Foreman to lead field crews and uphold safety standards on heavy civil projects.

The role involves directing on-site activities, coordinating with the Project Superintendent, and ensuring efficient execution of earthwork and site operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years in heavy civil construction, the ability to travel to multiple jobsites, and strong plan-reading skills.

HEAVY CIVIL CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN

Rummel Construction, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Construction Foreman. This position is responsible for directing field personnel, administering good construction safety practices and communicating effectively with all on-site activities. Assisting the Project Superintendent with various construction activities and maintaining good communication with supervision and project management.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE


  • 2-3 Years' Experience in the Construction Industry, preferably heavy civil

  • Knowledge of cut and fill operations

  • Ability to work independently and as a team leader

  • Exercises professional judgement and behavior

  • Ability and willingness to travel to jobsites
