Job summary

Luster National is seeking CAD specialists with deep experience in heavy civil infrastructure to support large-scale projects like highways, bridges, rail, airports, and water facilities. You will review and update plan sets, ensure compliance with program standards, and create exhibits and figures in CADD to support change and claim documentation.

We hire across multiple skill levels; responsibilities scale with experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of CADD experience for large, complex heavy-civil projects.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Proficiency with revision control, file naming, and submittal tracking across multiple contracts.
• Proficiency with industry standard CADD, modeling, and drawing review software.

Responsibilities

• Review drawing sets against CADD standards and log nonconformance.
• Check submitted plan sets for completeness and cross-referencing.
• Maintain controlled drawing sets with revision control and transmittal logging.
• Develop drawings and exhibits to support the program team.
• Verify as-builts reflect approved changes and field directives.
• Coordinate files across adjacent contracts and disciplines for consistency.
