Job summary

Luster National seeks skilled CADD Specialists to support large heavy civil infrastructure programs, including highways, bridges, transit, airports, and water projects. You will verify submissions against CADD standards, keep drawing sets current, and develop exhibits to support decisions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in drafting/CAD or related field.
• 5+ years of CADD experience on large heavy-civil projects.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specs.
• Experience with drawing revision control and multiple contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review drawing sets against CADD standards and log nonconformance.
• Check plan sets for completeness, scale, and datum consistency.
• Maintain controlled drawing set, including revision and release.
• Develop CADD drawings and exhibits supporting the program team.
• Coordinate drawings across adjacent contracts for consistency.
• Verify as-built drawings reflect approved changes and RFI responses.
