Job summary

Westerman, Inc. is seeking an assembler to join our team. You will assemble piping, valves, gauges, reliefs, burners, and related equipment on pressure vessels and skids, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

A strong work ethic and ability to multitask are essential. You will work with hand/air/power tools, inspect parts for defects, and assist in hydrostatic testing and loading shipments. This is an on-site role at our Oklahoma facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months heavy assembly/manufacturing/material handling experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to safely operate Crane and Forklift (certified).
• Intermediate math skills and ability to read a tape measure are required.
• Ability to read and understand assembly blueprints and bill of materials.

Responsibilities

• Assemble piping, valves, gauges, reliefs, burners, and other equipment on pressure vessels and skids.
• Ensure all quality levels are met and inspect parts for defects.
• Prepare and secure parts or vessels for hydrostatic testing per requirements.
• Regularly use hand/air/power tools and identify/seal connections.
• Load shipments and support safety/environmental policies and procedures.

Our equipment is setting new standards for performance and economics nationwide.SUMMARY The Assembler role is responsible for assembly of all piping, valves, gauges, reliefs, burners, and other associated equipment on pressure vessels and skids. A successful candidate is a self-motivated multi-tasker that utilizes a strong work ethic to ensure all quality levels are met.RESPONSIBILITIES: Regular and punctual attendance at work is an essential job function of each position and is necessary to your individual effectiveness and that of your work group.
