Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience following verbal and written instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and understand work-related documents and blueprints.
• Must be able to work in extreme weather and physically demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as asphalt pavers, rollers, milling machines, backhoes, and other machines.
• Spread asphalt, gravel, and other materials and assist with site cleanup.
• Support traffic control and other crew members as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain equipment and tools.
• Work under varying weather conditions and long shifts.
