Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Successful completion of all required on-the-job training; health and environmental safety training included.
Previous Yarn or Manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely operate heatset machinery to meet quality and production goals.
Function as a primary source of finish application in yarn conversion to meet product specifications.
Proactively identify yarn quality during production runs.
Select and stage tubes for winder operation.
Doff finished yarn packages as required.
Run creeling and winding side when needed.
Use black light to check for mis-mixes.
Attend job-related training as deemed necessary by supervision.
Follow all established SOPs and safety procedures, plus company policies.
Perform general housekeeping and other tasks as assigned.
