Job summary

BonnaVilla, a brand of Chief Industries, is hiring for a full-time Installer to lay out and install furnaces, water heaters and other utility appliances in homes in Nebraska. You will read blueprints, verify locations, and prepare equipment per specifications.

This on-site role requires using construction tools, measuring with a tape to 1/16 inch, and ensuring installations are securely fastened to floors. A high school diploma is preferred; benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with layout and installation of furnaces and water heaters.
• Understanding blueprints and production orders.
• Verify location and type of furnace and water heater according to blueprints.
• Read a tape measure to 1/16 inch.
• Construction experience and use of construction tools required.

Layout and installation of furnaces, water heaters and other utility appliances in the home in accordance with required specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform the required procedures of layout and installation of furnaces, water heaters and other utility appliances in the home.
• Understanding of blue prints and production orders.
• Verify location and type of furnace and water heater according to blueprints.
• Prepare and add filter box to furnace.
• Prepare and install water heater.
• Install furnace and fasten to floor.

Education:

• High School Diploma, or equivalent, preferred.
