Job summary

BonnaVilla in Aurora, Nebraska, is seeking a detail-oriented team member to quality check and prepare modular homes for shipment. You will touch up paint, caulk, clean, and ensure all tools and debris are removed before transit.

This full-time role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with minor assembly skills and preferred ability to read a tape measure and blueprints.

• Quality check and prepare houses to be shipped out.
• Caulk ¼ round on tub and shower and trim chimney box.
• Touch up stain and paint.
• Plug sinks.
• Touch up doors, grout, and interior paint.
• Close and lock all windows and install drawer label left of sink.
• Ensure house is cleaned and tools/trash are removed before closing for transit.

• Caulk ¼ round on tub and shower and trim chimney box.


• Touch up stain and paint.


• Plug sinks.


• Touch up doors, grout, and interior paint.


• Close and lock all windows, install drawer label in kitchen drawer left of sink.


• Make sure house is cleaned, tools and trash are all out of the house before closing it up.

Education:

• High School Diploma, or GED, preferred
