Job summary

Howmet Fastening Systems seeks a Production Supervisor- Heat Treat for its Fullerton, CA site. The role leads daily manufacturing operations to safely achieve production, quality, and delivery targets while developing a capable workforce.

You will supervise shift activities, coach employees, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage attendance, scheduling, training, and performance, ensuring compliance with safety policies and Howmet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, manufacturing engineering or industrial tech, or 5 years related manufacturing experience.
• Experience supervising hourly manufacturing employees.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities
