• Forklift Certification meeting OSHA standards required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with heat treat operations for aluminum, titanium, nickel-based alloys, stainless steel, and alloy steels.
• Follow heat treat schedules to ensure proper processing sequences.
• Operate, adjust, and perform routine maintenance on furnace controllers.
• Batch loads for maximum productivity under operator guidance.
• Set thermocouples and prepare loads for optimal heat distribution.
• Load and unload furnaces safely and efficiently.
• Conduct heat treat process furnace accuracy and uniformity surveys.
• Move parts on and off pallets; perform hardness testing using calibrated equipment.

• Operate, adjust, and perform routine maintenance on furnace controllers
• Batch loads for maximum productivity under operator guidance
• Set thermocouples and prepare loads for optimal heat distribution
• Load and unload furnaces safely and efficiently
• Conduct heat treat process furnace accuracy and uniformity surveys
• Move parts on and off pallets
• Perform hardness testing using calibrated testing equipment
• Interpret hardness ratings using measuring tools and standards
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow company policies and procedures

• Regular standing, walking, reaching, handling, and lifting
