Qualifications

• Hands-on residential HVAC install experience in attics, crawlspaces, or tight spaces.
• EPA Section 608 Certification (required or in progress).
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics.
• Knowledge of local building codes and compliance.
• Strong communication and professional customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Complete full heat pump installs from start to finish.
• Perform refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, and charging.
• Prepare spaces after removal for the new install.
• Ensure jobs comply with local codes and standards.
• Deliver standout customer experience and answer questions.
• Collaborate with installers and engineering team to improve processes.
