Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
- Active RN license in Virginia required.
- BLS certification required.
Responsibilities
- Continuously assesses patient needs and collaborates with the health-care team to address care concerns.
- Documents care plans and orders in accordance with policy.
- Delegates patient care activities and manages a caseload.
- Educates patients, families and care providers about care plans and outcomes.
- Ensures data accuracy and timely reporting for regulatory compliance and research.
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives and team-based projects.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
