University of Maryland Medical System Corporation is seeking a Transplant Coordinator to coordinate patient care across pre- and post-transplant phases, working within a multidisciplinary team in Baltimore.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, RN licensure in Maryland, 3 years of RN experience (including critical care) or 2 years adult bedside nursing, and certification such as CCTC or BMTCN within 2 years of hire, plus BLS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 years RN experience required with 1 year in critical care or 2 years adult bedside nursing.
• RN licensure in Maryland.
• Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC) or Blood & Marrow Transplant Certified Nurse (BMTCN) required within 2 years of hire date.
• Active BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate care delivery of transplant patients and scheduling of pre- and post-transplant procedures.
• Collect and report health data and initiate referrals for pre- and post-transplant patients.
• Participate in performance improvement, safety, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Complete all required donor and patient forms and support regulatory audits.
