Job summary

Virtua Health in Voorhees, NJ is seeking an Echocardiographer for a Part-time, Per Diem role. You will perform 2D echo Doppler studies, stress echocardiography, and transesophageal echocardiograms under the Cardiology section, following established policies and quality standards.

Requirements include at least 1 year of echocardiography experience, graduation from an accredited echocardiography program, and ARDMS or CCI credentials within one year of hire, plus BLS.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of echocardiography experience.
• Graduate of accredited echocardiography program.
• Credentialing: ARDMS or CCI within one year of hire; BLS Certification; Pediatric RDCS if pediatric.

Responsibilities

• Performs 2D echo Doppler studies, edits in digital system, and processes for physician interpretation.
• Performs stress echo and dobutamine stress echo studies, edits in digital system, and processes for physician interpretation.
• Performs transesophageal echocardiograms with the cardiologist, edits and processes for physician interpretation.
