Job summary

Virtua Health is seeking an echocardiographer in Voorhees, NJ for a part-time role. You will perform high-quality ultrasound images of the heart, including 2D echo Doppler, stress echo, and transesophageal studies, in accordance with departmental policies.

Collaboration with physicians and adherence to Virtua Health standards is required. Minimum 1 year of echocardiography experience, graduate of an accredited program, and ARDMS/CCI credentialing within one year of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited echocardiography program.
• Minimum of 1 year echocardiography experience.
• Must obtain ARDMS or CCI credential within one year of hire.
• Pediatric echocardiography RDCS credential or approval by pediatric cardiologists.

Responsibilities

• Completes 2D echo Doppler studies, edits in digital system, and processes for physician interpretation.
• Completes stress echo and dobutamine stress echo studies, edits in digital system, and processes for physician interpretation.
• Completes transesophageal echocardiograms with the cardiologist, edits and processes for physician interpretation.]
