Job Duties

Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office Products, excellent communication skills and demonstrate effective utilization of exemplary interpersonal skills. Demonstrate ability to use basic office equipment and provide general administrative support. Knowledge in the care of psychiatric rehab patients. Knowledge of the CSBs, court hearings and process and knowledge of electronic health records; preferred. Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures as well as recovery principles and trauma informed care. Ability to act in the capacity of essential personnel during emergency/crisis situations.

Minimum Qualifications

Previous clerical experience in mental health setting.
Experience in the care of psychiatric rehab patients.

Additional Considerations

Experience working with the CSBs and court hearings processes.
