Job summary

Olinsky Law Group in Orlando, FL seeks a detail-oriented Case Manager to support Social Security Disability hearings. You will manage case files, coordinate with clients and attorneys, and ensure deadlines are met from hearing scheduling to ALJ decision.

The role emphasizes strong communication, file management, and adherence to procedures. Prior legal or SSDI experience is a plus; bachelor's degree preferred and customer service skills are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and experience required.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems, Microsoft Office Suites and data entry is required.
• Prior legal and/or Social Security experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining client files with regular status updates and deadlines.
• Drafting letters, correspondence and legal documents for ALJ hearings.
• Monitor deadlines with the SSA Office of Hearings Operations.
