Job summary

Froedtert Health in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Hearing Instrument Technician to support audiology services at our Froedtert Hospital facility. This on-site role performs clinical and administrative tasks related to hearing aids and lab operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience with hearing aids or audiology services, and a High School diploma. CAOHC certification or HIS license preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

A Hearing Instrument Technician works under the direction of an Audiologist performing clinical and administrative tasks related to hearing aids. This individual will also clean equipment and maintain supplies for the lab. Other duties as assigned.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of experience with hearing aids or audiology services is preferred.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Licensure

Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation (CAOHC) certification preferred or CAOHC eligible. Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) license preferred.
