Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Audiologist license or Hearing Instrument Specialist license.
• Experience with hearing aid consultations, fittings, and follow-up care.
• Strong patient communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ethical, patient-centered approach to hearing care.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hearing evaluations and in-office consultations for adult patients.
• Recommend hearing aid solutions aligned with patient goals, lifestyle, and communication needs.
• Fit, program, verify, and adjust hearing aids using best-practice protocols.
• Provide counseling, troubleshooting, and ongoing follow-up care to support long-term outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support continuity of care.
• Participate in local community outreach efforts, including educational events, screenings, and referral relationship-building.
• Represent the clinic professionally at community events to promote hearing health awareness.
