This role combines clinical expertise with sales responsibilities, offering standard business hours and an uncapped commission structure. A Passion for helping people hear better and engage with the local community is essential.

Qualifications

• Active professional licensure as Hearing Instrument Specialist or Dispensing Audiologist.
• 1+ year of training or related experience as a Hearing Instrument Specialist.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM, and POS systems.
• Current knowledge of hearing aid devices and technology.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations and educate customers on the effects of hearing loss.
• Guide customers through device fittings and demonstrations while educating them on hearing health.
• Provide quality after-care services and personalized consultations to fit customer needs and lifestyles.
• Lead the sale of hearing aids and accessories to contribute to office revenue goals.
• Partner with Front Office to ensure a high-quality customer experience and smooth store operations.
