Job summary

Miracle-Ear, Inc. is seeking talented sales professionals to lead hearing aid sales while receiving comprehensive training for licensure. You will perform hearing evaluations and guide customers to solutions that restore the joy of sound.

The role offers an excellent compensation package with a base pay of 65K plus an industry-leading uncapped commission, totaling $80,000–$120,000 in earning potential. Standard business hours Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required by licensure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Teach customers how to use and maintain hearing devices.
• Lead the sale of hearing aids and accessories to meet revenue goals.
• Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Complete training and state licensure to grow into a Hearing Care Professional.
