Job summary

Miracle-Ear is seeking a Hearing Care Professional to lead the patient journey through comprehensive evaluations and personalized consultations. You will drive clinic revenue while delivering exceptional customer service and clinical excellence.

The role offers standard business hours Monday–Friday with a compensation package that includes base salary and an uncapped commission structure, along with a strong benefits program and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as Hearing Instrument Specialist or Dispensing Audiologist.
• At least 1 year of training or related experience as a Hearing Instrument Specialist.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and POS systems.
• Current knowledge of hearing aid devices and technology.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations and educate customers on the effects of hearing loss.
• Guide customers through device fittings and demonstrations with proper hearing health education.
• Provide quality after-care services and personalized consultations for individual needs.
