Job summary

Miracle-Ear is seeking talented sales professionals to lead hearing aid sales while performing comprehensive hearing evaluations. You will be trained as a specialist and report to the Area Manager, helping people rediscover the emotions of sound and start a rewarding medical-related career.

The role offers a base pay of 65K with the company helping you obtain your license, and total earning potential from $100,000 to $150,000 with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

Teach customers how to effectively use and maintain hearing devices.
Deliver a superior customer experience during the customer journey.
Lead the sale of hearing aids and accessories to contribute to office revenue goals.
Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and provide personalized product recommendations.
Grow professionally by completing training and state licensure to become a Hearing Care Professional.
