Job summary

NationsBenefits is hiring a Hearing Ambassador to assist licensed dispensers in meeting daily goals and delivering exceptional customer service at the Dover, DE on-site Hearing Aid Center.

You will educate customers on hearing wellness, schedule tests, and drive growth through community outreach and strong relationship building. Prior experience in customer service or sales is valuable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service, sales or retail experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling appointments and basic computer systems.
• Strong oral and written communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and support hearing health needs.
• Educate individuals about hearing wellness and scheduling tests.
• Make 30–50 outbound calls daily to prospective or existing customers.
• Secure multiple daily hearing tests and promote related products when appropriate.
• Represent HAC at events and Sam's Club activities to boost outreach.
