Job summary
Miracle-Ear in Colorado Springs seeks a Hearing Care Professional to deliver comprehensive hearing evaluations, device fittings, and personalized consultations. You will drive clinic revenue and community engagement through clinical excellence and customer service, reporting to the Area Manager.
This role offers a standard Mon-Fri schedule, base pay with uncapped commissions, and comprehensive benefits to support your wellbeing and professional development through Ampli-Academy and related
Qualifications
- Must have active licensure as Hearing Instrument Specialist or Dispensing Audiologist.
- Minimum 1+ year of training or related experience as Hearing Instrument Specialist.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM, and POS systems.
- Current knowledge of hearing aid devices and technology.
Responsibilities
- Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations and educate customers on hearing loss.
- Guide customers through device fittings and demonstrations; educate on hearing health.
- Provide after-care services and personalized consultations to fit customer needs.
