HearingLife is seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team in Hailey, Idaho. You will provide comprehensive hearing care, perform evaluations and fittings, and deliver exceptional patient experiences in a collaborative environment.

The position offers a base salary of $85,000–$100,000 with uncapped commission and a relocation stipend is available to qualified candidates. Join a national hearing care company focused on helping more people hear better.

Qualifikationen

• Active Hearing Aid Dispensing or Audiology license as per state requirements.
• At least two years of hearing aid sales experience or equivalent training under licensed professional.

Aufgaben

• Deliver hearing care including evaluations and fittings.
• Troubleshoot and repair hearing devices and earmolds.
• Operate audiometric equipment and explain results to patients.
• Counsel patients on devices and payment options.
• Collaborate with PCC and Manager to grow patient population and meet goals.
• Engage with the community through outreach and physician relationships.
• Support telehealth and remote care as permitted by licensure.
• Maintain licensure and continuing education.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
