Job summary

HearingLife in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team. You will provide clinical expertise to diagnose and treat hearing loss while delivering exceptional patient care.

The role offers a base salary of $65,000 to $90,000 plus uncapped commission, opportunities for growth, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License is required.
• 2+ years Hearing Aid sales experience or 2 years of industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests and fittings.
• Troubleshoot and repair hearing aids, earmolds, and clean devices.
• Drive practice growth with a focus on sales while maintaining ethical standards.
• Build community relationships through health fairs and physician outreach.
