Job summary

HearingLife is seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our Hailey team. You will deliver comprehensive hearing care, including evaluations, fittings, and ongoing aftercare, while maintaining licensure and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Relocation stipend available. We value growth, mentorship, and leadership opportunities as part of a collaborative, patient-focused practice.

Qualifications

• Active Hearing Aid Dispensing or Audiology license meeting state requirements.
• Two years of hearing aid sales experience or equivalent training under a licensed professional.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive hearing care, including evaluations and fittings.
• Check, clean, troubleshoot, and repair hearing devices.
• Operate audiometric equipment, interpret results, and explain findings to patients.
• Counsel patients on hearing aids, accessories, and payment options.
• Collaborate with PCC and Manager to grow patient population and hit goals.
• Engage with the community through outreach and physician relations.
