Job summary

HearingLife is looking for an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our nationwide team. You’ll diagnose and treat hearing loss, perform tests and fittings, and educate patients on devices while striving to grow your patient base and hit financial KPIs.

Qualifications

• Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License required.
• Experience in hearing aid sales or equivalent industry training.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise to diagnose and treat hearing loss while ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Perform hearing tests, fittings, and educate users on best practices for devices.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and clean hearing aids and related accessories.
• Drive practice growth through responsible sales and meeting financial KPIs.
• Engage in community outreach and develop physician relationships.
• Counsel patients on purchases and understand third‑party payors and payment methods.
• Support Telehealth initiatives to expand patient care and product portfolio.
