HearingLife in Lisle, IL is seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to diagnose and treat hearing loss while delivering exceptional patient care. The role emphasizes growing patient volumes, meeting financial targets, and participating in Telehealth initiatives to expand access to care.

The position offers a base salary of 70k–100k plus uncapped commissions, relocation/sign-on of 10k, and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401K with match.

Qualifications

• Active state license required per state requirements.
• 2+ years of hearing aid sales experience or equivalent training under licensed HIS or AuD.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests and fittings.
• Troubleshoot and repair hearing aids, earmolds, and clean devices.
• Grow patient population and meet practice financial KPIs in collaboration with PCC and Manager.
• Engage in local community outreach and physician relationship development.
